First visit upension.gov.bd website to verify National Identity Card. Then go to ”Pensioner Registration” option and select any package and enter your 10/13 or 17 digit National Identity Card number and date of birth and mobile number. After verifying the mobile number by captcha code, you can see the information of national identity card.
Few detailed steps to verify National Identity Card:-
- First visit upension.gov.bd
- Select Pension Package (Low Income)
- Provide 10/13 or 17 digit National Identity Card number
- Mention correct date of birth as per National Identity Card
- Click on the next page
- Verify OTP on mobile
A six-digit temporary code (OTP) number will be sent via SMS to your mobile number given on the previous page. You have to put this number here, if you make a mistake in the number or delay in putting the number, you have to do the same thing again. And you have to wait for five minutes to get the next OTP. If your OTP is entered correctly, you will see detailed information including National Identity Card image on the next page
